Purgos 2.6 Patch 2

Version 2.6.109 (Patch 2) can be downloaded from http://www.softulz.net/download.shtml

To upgrade to build 109 of Purgos 2.6 you need to uninstall any prior build and install build 109.

The second patch of Purgos 2.6 contains a number of bug fixes as well as a one feature sneak. This patch includes a database schema update. Due to this schema update old consoles are not compatible with new servers and vise versa. Both the console and server will need to be updated to the latest version.

Upgrading Purgos console and server
Any prior versions of the Purgos software need to be removed before installation of .109. Settings will be retained during the un-installation process.

Upgrading Remote Control agent
Upgrading the remote control agent is currently a manual process. First the remote control agent must be removed from the machines menu. Once the remote control agent has been removed the next time an agent is control the new version of the remote control agent will be installed. To determine if a computer has the current version of the remote control agent you can add a User defined column using the following query, Without the surrounding parentheses (SELECT Version FROM CIM_DataFile WHERE Path="\\Purgos\\" AND FileName="PurgosRC" AND DRIVE="C:")
